Santa Alba Chardonnay

Santa Alba, Chardonnay is a dry white Chilean wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Central Valley in the La Huerta vineyard. Here you can feel the influence of the Andes, which allows you to reduce the air temperature during the ripening period of the grapes and get very aromatic and fruity wines in the future. 10-15 tons of grapes are harvested from one hectare. Chardonnay is removed from the vines by hand, after which it is sent to the cellars, where the maceration process takes place. Then the berries go under the press and stand up to 48 hours. The fermentation process takes up to 20 days at a room temperature
