Dr Hans Vonmuller Riesling

This is classic Auslese, with exceptional power and balance between botrytis sweetness and bright, concentrated Riesling flavors. Very broad and rich with botrytis notes, caramelized fruit flavors, and a good acidity. Deceivingly, sweet with a quartzy crystallized quality. Sweet, crisp and refreshing with ripe fruits like pear, honeydew melon, and sweet lime. Juicy and velvety in the tongue with a touch of acid Strong ripe fruit bouquet of ripe peaches and apples with a kiss of petrol scent to indicate location. This model Riesling is smooth, balanced sugar and acid ratios. The taste is refreshingly tropical with starfruit and gooseberry notes. Great value!on a lingering finish.
