Cataldo Grillo Inzolia 2013

Extraordinary typical Grillo grape with Inzolia. Brilliant golden colour, fruity, full structure and unique character.

• Grapes. Grillo 60% and Inzolia 40%. Best selected sicilian vineyards, in Trapani province.
• Tasting notes. Brillant yellow colour. Note of white flowers. Delicate in the taste with hints of almonds and aromatic herbs.
• Food suggestions. Ideal with hors d’oeuvres, seafood, fish and pasta dishes, medium-age cheeses and white meats. Serve chilled at 8-10 °C. To drink while still young.
• Analysis. Alcohol 13,5% vol ; Acidity 5,8 g/l; Residual sugar 6 g/l.
• Vinification. Soft-pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks.
• Bottle. “Sissi” 750 ml (in box of 6 bt); 1L (in box of 6 bt).
