The palate is medium-bodied with succulent ripe red cherry and strawberry fruit, candied orange peel and blood orange, leading to an almost sorbet-like finish that lingers nicely in the mouth. This will be a very seductive Pinot Noir that has the substance to last for 10-15 years.
