The grapes themselves produce wines which are often very dry and crisp, yet full of a wide range of flavors including grasses, tropical fruits and citrus notes. The taste of the wine is juicy and elegant, with hints of green apple and a long, persistent aftertaste, which retains the nuances of lemon peel. Wine is served as an aperitif, as well as green salads, soft and young cheeses, fish snacks.
