Full bodied and pleasantly acidic wine with flavors of ripe pear and apple, with no added sulfites or other synthetic preservatives. The taste of the wine is silky, extremely delicate, with a refreshing invigorating acidity and an incredible long aftertaste. The wine can be served with white meat or fish in a creamy sauce, shellfish, cannelloni with crabs or crayfish, cheese soufflé, shrimp risotto and foie gras.
