This beautiful red blend hails from the Mediterranean island of Brac, off the Dalmatia coast of Croatia. This wine features the most distinct and coveted grape from this region, Plavac Mali. This specific varietal has been linked through DNA testing to red zinfandel. The nose gives you glimpses of blackberries and dark ripened cherries with a slight spiciness. The mouthfeel is medium in density and finishes with a lingering dryness that is truly a delight.
