Slow to release aromas on the nose, this eventually shows graphite and dark raspberry. The palate offers cooked cranberry and bright raspberry fruit, bolstered by thyme, sage, bay leaf and other herbs. Soft and plump, velvety and sweetly ripe, with strawberry jam, vanilla and cream infused with an earthy-spicy accent.
