The grape varieties that can be used in variable proportions are: Chardonnay, Airen, UgniBlanc, Colombard, Durello, Macabeu. Pale yellow color, with fine bubbles. Graceful nose with white fruits and almond notes. A clean fresh attack and a well-balanced taste with fruity notes.
