Chateauneuf du Pape Domaine Caboche 2017

A beautiful deep ruby ​​red color with bluish reflections. Racy and complex nose characteristic of the finest Grenache terroirs on rolled pebbles from which our old vines come from, the oldest of which were planted in 1906 – the intense aromas of candied red fruits blend with notes of sweet licorice and fresh chilli with also a few touches of roasting. Full and generous palate, all in elegance. The intense sweetness is compensated by a nice mineral tension. We find the aromas of olfaction with a jammy fruitiness, mineral and spicy notes. The tannins are silky. The finish is long and smooth.
