The Brut Prestige, a Vin de Sable, is a ‘country’-style, dry sparkling wine with good fruit and zest, and a yeasty, citrusy style. Beautifully persistent bubbles make way for an aroma of white peach, quince and currants, complete with a nuance of white flowers to finish.
