Wild Horse GSM 2012

This deep purple colored GMS from Wild Horse has a bold black cherry, balsam, oak and vanilla bouquet. This medium bodied wine is fruity on the palate with earthy ripe black cherry and light blueberry flavors.  Swirling this wine to provide some aeration allows the tannins to become more integrated and provides better overall balance and nice structure. The finish is smooth, dry and remains slightly tannic.  pair this wine with a juicy grilled burger topped with sautéed mushroom and onions.
