This cuvée was selected on the most beautiful stony hillsides, the grapes of excellent maturity will be harvested. Part of the wine ferments in thermo-regulated vats and another in oak barrels aged for 6 months on lees. The very pale color is that of a young wine. The nose is already nicely expressive, on lemon, ripe apple and minerality. The aging in barrels gives it a generous side balanced by citrus notes which bring freshness.
