A reserva cava that abounds in delicious caramel and yeasty flavors. Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, caramel, brioche, honey, fuji pear, blossom and bread dough. On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied cava has medium-plus intensity flavors suggested on the nose and completes with a medium-plus finish. There is balance between the fruit and acidity as well as mid-palate complexity.
