Loads of sweet spice, oak, vanilla and mocha sit atop a core of rich red-cherry and -plum flesh. The medium-weight palate offers soft tannins and ample acidity to lift the rich fruit flavors. The finish is solid and clean, though it dissipates rather quickly.
