FADO Rose 2014

Portuguese tradition is perfectly embodied in this Rose. Just like Fado music, this wine is both traditional and representative of the pleasures of Portuguese eating and drinking. It is a wine of a light pink colour with a floral violet aroma. Rich and caramel flavored, this is a rounded, sweet strawberry wine. It has plenty of fresh acidity to cut through the ripe texture, but it’s not for an apéritif, more for food.
