Sangiovese grapes are harvested in mid-October. Fermentation for 10 days at a temperature of 24-28 ° C, after which 90% of the wine is kept in steel tanks, and 10% – in oak barrels. The wine is ruby red in color with a purple hue. The graceful aroma of the wine is filled with tones of cherry, black currant, violet and sweet tobacco nuances.
