Val de Loire is a region-level IGP title, covering wines made in an area that roughly corresponds to the Loire Valley wine region of northern France. The catchment area of the IGP encompasses 14 departments and is one of the largest in France in terms of area. Floral, creamy and in full bloom. A wine for round wine-pairings, such as veal or poulty with cream, risotto, cheese or mushrooms.
