Domaine de L’Ermitage L’Envolle” Rose 2015.

Rich, complex and very typical, “L’Envol” is one of the most beautiful cuvées of Domaines Duplessis-Guyot. The harvest is manual and takes place late with optimal maturation, which gives it a sustained color with garnet reflections. Aromas of fairly ripe red fruits, spices and liquorice are revealed at the end of the mouth. Warmth and roundness provide the desired smoothness.
