“Clos Amador Rose Cava” Rose Tendre Brut, Cava DO – exquisite pink cava made from Trepat grapes. The vineyards are located in the Conca de Barbera region at an altitude of 300-700 meters above sea level. The average age of the vines is 20 years. Harvesting is carried out manually, at the winery the berries are distilled, followed by pre-fermentation maceration at a temperature of 12-14 ° C for 16-20 hours. Wort fermentation is carried out in steel tanks at a temperature of 15-17 ° C and lasts 15 days. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottles in the cellars of the winery, followed by aging for 12 months. Sparkling wine is ideal for an aperitif, combined with oysters, ham, cheeses, pates and nuts. It also complements meat, seafood and fish dishes well.
