Aglianico del Taburno 2010

This big, earthy wine has aromas of ripe black plum, tilled soil, leather and coffee. The palate shows blackberry, prune marinated in sprits and black pepper alongside tightly woven and assertive tannins. Well structured palate, warm, supported by a perfect tannic texture and a vibrant acidity typical of small red fruits. Slightly savory finish with excellent balsamic and spicy persistence.
