This Cabernet, with 15% Petite Sirah blended in, is sourced from a prime vineyard in Lodi; fermented in stainless steel and aged in a combination of stainless and oak, it is generous and juicy, showing black and blue fruits, violets, plums, and a touch of kirsch.
