Saved Red Blend California 2012

The palate is smooth with some apparent residual sugar but the berry flavors have depth and produce a medium-length, fruit-filled finish with no drop off in flavor as it evolves on the palate. Tannins are very fine grained but robust enough to sustain the impression of structure, with enough midpalate acidity to leave a fresh impression.
