Totally opaque inky black dark purple colour with deep dark purple black hue. The nose features aromas of mulberry, subtle blackcurrant and tobacco leaf followed by some spicy cedar. Medium to full bodied with good richness the palate possesses ripe blackcurrant flavours followed by some dark mulberry, cedary tobacco like characters and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained well integrated tannins. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedary tobacco and spice.
