Pouilly-Fuisse Daniel Pollier 2013

A dry white wine with light yellow color; a sharp nose of mineral flavors; light fruit and smoke flavors; a light bodied wine with medium acidity. a wine of beautiful constitution with its straw yellow nuances. The nose is very dominated by white flowers of the hawthorn type, see honeysuckle, topped with a fern shade giving freshness to the whole. The attack on the palate is still floral and very focused on lime. The length is very good and very significant of a structure worthy of a Pouilly Fuissé of guard.
