Picpoul de Pinet Domaine de la Madone 2014

Domaine de la Madone Picpoul de Pinet is a lovely pale crystalline green in colour. On the pleasant nose with aromas of grapefruit, citrus, acacia and hawthorn flowers. A lively, textured palate has a great freshness and flavours of grapefruit, lime, peach and melon. It is rich and generous with a fine acidity. Best paired with seared scallops. A wine to be enjoyed in its youth.
