The taste of the wine is fresh, multifaceted, in it shades of ripe fruits (especially peach) are harmoniously combined with floral nuances and accents of orange peel. The finish is balanced, refined and long lasting. The wine is an excellent aperitif, it goes well with seafood, fish dishes, light salads and white poultry meat.
