This is a product from Dijon, France and has very strict restrictions put on it to ensure its quality. It smells like fresh, tart black currents and cherries. Theres nothing artificial about the flavor. It’s very balanced and jammy. Naturally sweet. This is EXCELLENT in a spritz. Great in cocktails calling for cassis.
