Balance Chardonnay 2016

Almost effervescent on first pour, this wine is brightly aromatic, with apple, pear and melon notes. The palate shows no obvious oak influence, with a rounded mouthfeel and Granny Smith apple-like acidity. It’s a pleasing, straightforward example of the variety.
