The Zlahtina grape is one of Croatia’s many local curiosities, found only on the Islands of Croatia’s northern coast. The name derives from the Croatian word for ‘Noble’, and the resulting wine is known for its pleasant, floral aromas and delicate structure. Sipun estate’s version is a classic example, fresh and precise, a perfect pair for the lightest meals.
